Support Mental Health
Mental health is an interesting problem, especially when these issues happen to crop up while you're giving the external appearance of all good. Even to the sufferer, we know our behavior is irrational--much like when the throttle cable on a car gets disconnected, you can try pushing the pedal as much as you want but still get no response.
So this is a list of suggestions on how to more supportive for your loved ones while they go through these challenging times. It's also beneficial to follow the HEART acronym as well: Hear, Empathize, Acknowledge, Respond, Thank
